Final ARTBAR performance for 2011

Limited tickets available at the door for tonight’s ARTBAR show. CASH ONLY.

Robert Forster solo artist and co-founder of the legendary Brisbane band the Go-Betweens will bring the ARTBAR 2011 season to a close.

After the 2006 death of Grant McLennan, his writing partner and band mate of twenty five years, Robert Forster was unsure if he would ever record again. The body of work he had assembled with McLennan led many commentators to have pronounced them the greatest ever Australian group. Yet in 2008, Forster released his first solo album in 11 years, The Evangelist. Receiving rave reviews.
