Feedback | Complaints, compliments and suggestions

The Art Gallery of Western Australia welcomes all feedback, whether it is a complaint, compliment, comment or suggestion. Your feedback helps us review and refine our services to the community. Our goal is to be a welcoming and accessible institution for all visitors, and we are committed to continuous improvement.

How to provide feedback
You can provide feedback by emailing admin@artgallery.wa.gov.au, completing the form below, phone 9492 6601, or speaking with our Front of House staff at the Gallery Information Desk.

Our feedback process
If you are making a complaint or request a response to your feedback, we will:

• ensure you are treated fairly and with respect,
• aim to provide a response in ten working days for general feedback or within five working dates for complaints, or advise you of the reason for any delay,
• respect your privacy and keep information about you confidential.

Top tips on how to make a complaint
We encourage feedback from everyone in our community including young people. This video encourages children and young people to speak up if they feel unsafe or believe they have not been treated fairly. Making a complaint can be hard for children and young people but it is important so we can ensure their voices are heard and concerns are addressed.
