I will be providing archival content and commissioning a WA writer, selected in consultation with AGWA, to produce the 1500-word article. By submitting an invoice for an upfront payment you agree to provide the stated material by 31 December 2020. Invoices should be made out to the Art Gallery of Western Australia (ABN: 14 734 347 675) and include: Bank Branch, Account Name, BSB, and Account Number for a direct deposit payment. Your invoice will be paid within 20 days of receipt. If you choose not to submit your invoice now, you have until 31 December 2020 to submit it to WA.ART.Archive@artgallery.wa.gov.au. Payment cannot and will not be made until you return an invoice. The requirements of tax invoices are outlined on the ATO website. If you do not have your own invoice, AGWA has created a template you can download and use. If you do not have an ABN, you will also need to submit a Statement by Supplier form, available to download from the ATO website.
