WA's talented young artists are celebrated in this yearly showcase, gauging the pulse of young people who will influence, empower and shape the world we live in.
The selected works provide a window into young people’s private, social and artistic concerns. It is an inspiring, rewarding and insightful look at the world through the minds of our most talented young artists.
Pulse Perspectives 2022
This year we are doing things differently. With the unpredictable nature of COVID-19, we want to ensure nothing gets in the way of your students’ submissions for Pulse Perspectives 2022, so we are taking the full submission process online. That means you will not be required to take your works to the Showgrounds for selection. Yes, that’s right, you won’t even have to leave your classroom!
AGWA Pulse is also a year-round program of art experiences, opportunities and events for 15-21-year-olds, organised with their input. The headline event for AGWA Pulse is the annual Pulse Perspectives exhibition. Follow @agwapulse for updates.
AGWA is closed until 16 October for a final stage of redevelopment works.
