The work of Western Australian artist-jeweller Dr Dorothy Erickson AO is celebrated in this exhibition that spans the artist’s 50-year career.
Presented in collaboration with the Design Institute Australia and as part of Perth Design Week 2024, Più di Cinquanta features State Art Collection works alongside a rich array of loan works, including unique pieces from Erickson’s personal collection.
A highlight of the exhibition is her Hesperia Collection, a celebration of her creative predecessors and an homage to the women who were among the first to make art their profession in Western Australia.
