Stefano Carboni wins excellence award. The Art Gallery of WA is proud to announce that its Director, Stefano Carboni, has been awarded the Seventeenth Edition of Italy in the World Award (Premio Italia Nel Mondo) for 2016. Established in 1994 in New York, the Italy in the World Award seeks to recognise the excellent work of distinguished people of Italian origin who are active in the areas of culture, science, film, art, sports, entrepreneurship and social issues around the world.
