A Brutalist Icon - AGWA Building | Guided Tours

There is nothing like a personal interaction to spark the imagination.

AGWA's Voluntary Gallery Guides bring the AGWA collection and temporary exhibitions to life with their insights into the work, era and artist.

In this guided tour we will examine The Art Gallery of Western Australia building as an artwork and Brutalist icon of Perth’s architectural history. We get to view it in a new light as many spaces have now been returned to the renowned architect Charles Sierakowski’s original vision for the building.
